Today, I got to do something that I've wanted to do all my life--walk in the house carrying an armload of flowers from my own garden.
These cosmos have grown out of control. I planted a few seeds in the center of the vegetable boxes, just to add a little color. But they loved it there and grew over 7 ft tall, shading out the veggies. So they needed a major trim. Now they're overwhelming our coffee table, but I love it!
