Best ideas from the August issue of Fine Cooking:
Brown Paper Blotter--Use old paper grocery sacks as a blotter for cutting meats or fish, peeling potatoes or other veggies & fruit, draining fried foods.
Storing Cheese--wrap cheese in wax paper instead of plastic wrap so it can breathe and doesn't mold.
Salad dressing--don't overdress your salad. You can always add more, but you can never take it away.
