Eating Well

A gift subscription from my daughter. Eating Well magazine is a treasure of great food ideas. This month's goodies: peanut energy bars, BBQ baked beans & sausage, grilled chicken ratatouille. They are all about GOOD healthy food, but still have delicious dessert recipes and things like corn with bacon & mushrooms.

My favorite tips this month: check the sodium content on bottle BBQ sauce, it can be quite high and always rinse canned beans to cut down the sodium as well.
