This is the best food that I personally invented. I made a roasted vegetable medley for dinner one night by roasting in the oven potatoes, yams, and apples together with olive oil, butter and thyme. They were yummy, but I made too much for us to eat. The next day I put them in the blender with apple cider (plain, not sparkling) and then heated it up. Very sweet, but delicious and good for you too.
