Steak with sugar and salt: Make a 50-50 mixture of sugar and salt. Rub it over a quality steak about 30 minutes before you grill it. Meat should always be at room temperature before you cook it. Let it rest 5-10 minutes before you cut into it to redistribute the juices. It will be hard to resist, but trust me. The steak will be caramelized on the outside, juicy, tender and delicious inside.
Corks under keyboard: to get a better angle on your laptop keyboard, put two corks under the back side. They are free and easy to use.
