Print out recipes – since our office is in our home, I have a photocopier readily available. I print out a recipe that I’ve chosen and take it with me to the store, so when I forget how much basil I need, or if the chicken is supposed to be thighs or breasts, I can double check it. Then when I get home, I can keep it next to the stove and not worry about spilling on it.
Change your pillowcases – I’ve had a cold and Danny Seo convinced me that even though we wash our sheets every week or so, it’s the pillows that tend to be germ infested. It’s so easy to change the pillowcases every few days and you get that fresh laundry smell as you fall asleep.
Seatguru.com – We got our plane tickets to England last week (Yay! thanks again, Mom) so I used seatguru.com to check out our seat assignments. You need to know the type of aircraft, but they mark bad seats in red, warning seats in yellow and the best seats in green. Ours were neutral, which is fine by me.
