If you’re having trouble coming up with gift ideas for someone, here’s a thought. Choose something that they are interested in like music, gardening, skiing, motocross, knitting, technology, whatever. Find the current December issue of a magazine that specializes in that subject. If your friend has a subscription, steal it away unnoticed. Or go to the library or Borders or Barnes and Noble. You’ll find that they have the current issue of an unbelievable range of topics.
These magazines always have a story about the latest innovations and gadgets available for giving. Chances are, since these are the newest things out there, your friend won’t already have it. If nothing there sparks you, look at the advertisements or the other articles. If nothing else, just get them a subscription.
